Venue
The venue is the all-inclusive Iberostar Waves Quetzal hotel in Playa del Carmen. We have reserved rooms for the meeting. Upon completing your event registration, please use the link the hotel will provide to make your booking.
The closest international airport is Cancun (CUN), one hour away from the venue by shuttle for about 40-50 USD each way and the new Mayan train.
The all-inclusive preferential room rates for this event per night are:
- Single occupancy – 4,635 Mexican pesos / 244 USD
- Double occupancy – 2,398 Mexican pesos per person / 126 USD
- Kid (0-2 years) – Free
- Kid (3-12 years) – 63 USD
Notice: these are all-inclusive prices (food, drinks, accommodation and some entertainment activities). the special fares are kept 3 days before and after the event. Kid rates only apply with two adults rates and up to two kids per room. There is a environmental sanitation tax of roughly 1.5 USD per room per night payable at check-out. Double occupancy room rates are on standard double rooms with two queen beds and upgrades are available upon request.
